House Wash

When we say “House Wash” it usually means “Soft Wash”.  There are some home surfaces that need a higher pressure application, but for the most part, a low pressure soft wash process is appropriate.  For instance, vinyl siding should never be cleaned with high pressure.  It might seem easy enough to borrow the neighbors pressure washer and just blast that green stuff off the side of the house and call it a day.  The reality is (1) the “green stuff” is alive and spraying it with water doesn’t kill it.  (2) high pressure can force water behind the siding causing more hidden mold growth in the very near future.  (3) vinyl siding is just a thin layer of plastic and can be easily damaged by pressure washing.  We use the correct combination of soaps that are applied with low pressure and will kill the mold, cut through the dirt and leave the surface nice and clean!  In addition, our soft wash will last 3-5 times longer than high pressure cleaning. Therefore, it is safer, does a better job and saves you money!  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via email or give us a call!   (740) 990-9811
